About our partnership
HomeShare Online and Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. have partnered to launch Montgomery County Home Share. The program, supported by Montgomery County's Department of Health and Human Services, provides a framework to support both the home provider and renter as they move through the process of creating a successful homesharing arrangement.
Who is Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc.?
Housing Initiative Partnership, Inc. (HIP) is an innovative, green nonprofit housing developer and counseling agency based in Prince George’s County, Maryland dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods and creating housing and economic security for low- and moderate-income households in the communities they serve across Maryland.
